REFUNDS & EXCHANGES (RETURNS POLICY)

REFUNDS & RETURNS

You can return your product if you need to. However, kindly be informed that any shipping expenses spent during the return and exchange procedures are your responsibility as the client.

Once an order has shipped, not all of them are eligible for returns. We cannot offer you a return if the manufacturer forbids it because we buy our goods directly from them. Please get in touch with us if you're interested in further details about your brand or product as the likelihood of returns is frequently assessed on an individual basis.

Due to the high costs of LTL/freight shipping, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation (restocking) fee, along with return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to assist in covering some of the costs, depending on the product.

Please also note that the maximum return period is 30 days from the day you receive the product. Except between November 20 and December 31, each year, when returns are accepted until February 5.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND ?

Once the product has arrived in our warehouses (the day we receive it from the carrier), it will take 15 days to be refunded. Regardless of payment method. 

CANCELLATIONS (BEFORE ORDER SHIPS)

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, allowing us to process a full refund before your order departs from our warehouse. CANCELLATIONS OF CUSTOM ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Kindly note that custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are manufactured specifically for your order. These units are designed according to your specifications or created only once you place an order. After you place an order, we promptly begin building your unit. Your warranty ensures a fully functional and operational product. If you are uncertain whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please contact us through message or call.

All sales are considered final for custom-made and made-to-order products. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless the products have manufacturing defects/problems that are the responsibility of the supplier, delivery company or ourselves (AuracClimate)

SHIPPING TIMES

We promise to make every effort to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Estimated shipping times provided on the product pages are based on information from our suppliers and freight companies, and these estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice. 

However, the estimated (average) delivery time within the Contiguous United States (we do not ship to Alaska & Hawaii) is generally under 10 days.

This includes a processing time of 3 to 4 days and a delivery time of 4 to 6 days. 

Delivery time for custom orders is usually 6 weeks (max). This timeline includes product manufacturing and delivery. 

Such differences may be caused by elements like shortages in the supply chain or manufacturing delays caused by increased customer demand during during certain periods of the year (holidays, christmas, black friday, national holidays or closing days of partner logistics companies)

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and are beyond AuracClimate control. Although this can be frustrating, we ask for your patience and understanding during these challenging times.

By making a purchase from AuracClimate , you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Return Policy (Refunds & Exchanges)

1) I understand that I must inspect the package upon delivery, take pictures, and report any damages to AuracClimate  within 48 hours of delivery.

2) I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange (except if the reason for the return is due to a manufacturing defect or any other problem for which the supplier/carrier is liable)

3) I understand that products need to be returned unused and unopened. An additional restocking fee of at least 25% may apply.

4) I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I can receive a full refund but additional costs are to be expected which means that the refund amount will be lower than the amount spent.
